As you may have noticed during recent visits, Bell Wine Cellars has been quite busy with several modernization projects both in the cellar and in the tasting room remodel that we can’t wait to share with you! In addition to these projects, we have also changed up our tasting flights a bit.
Our prior flight offerings included our Current Release Tasting ($55), Grape to Glass Tour and Tasting ($75), Single-Clone Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting ($150), and the Sensory Tasting ($200).
As of this week, we have eliminated the Current Release Tasting and reduced the Grape to Glass Tasting fee to $65. Additionally, we added a new flight: the Single Vineyard & Single Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon flight ($95). While single clone cabernet remains our undisputed area of expertise and first priority, we also bottle several single vineyard and single appellation options that merit your attention.
This will include five selections among our 2018 Atlas Peak, 2018 Howell Mountain, 2018 Rutherford, 2018 Varozza Vineyard, 2017 Longtable Vineyard, and 2019 Faniani Vineyard cabernet sauvignons, making it an additional option for an all-cabernet flight.
We will continue to waive one tasting fee for every four bottles purchased and/or four fees for every wine club sign up (minimum one-year commitment).
