This is our daily tasting that includes 4 of our currently released wines.
- Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for this tasting.
- Limited to 10 guests.
- $15.00 per person. Complimentary for Carillon Club members.
We begin with a vineyard tour and explanation of the varietals, clones, trellising, and terroir. Then we discuss different fermentation practices and the oaks that we use, followed by a barrel tasting to see how the wine evolves with different oak treatments. We finish with a tasting of current release and reserve wines, paired with cheese.
- Available at 11:00am daily. The tour will start promptly.

You will taste Cabernet Sauvignon Clonal wines (Clones 4, 6, 7, 337, and our Napa Cabernet) paired with cheeses. We are currently featuring the 2005 vintage, limited to wine availability.

Be winemaker for a day! Hosted at the winery twice annually. Sign up for the next Blending Seminar in May 2011.
A comparative tasting that evaluates varietals, appellations, barrels, and clones, letting guests experience some of the factors a winemaker balances while creating a wine. There is a minimum purchase of 1 case (9 liters) of wine ($900.00 per case).
We are happy to bottle your blend for you in special formats. This is a great team-building event for business groups! Also an amazing wedding gift or way to commemorate a special event in your life! Please contact the winery for more information. This tasting is available for private appointments with a 2-case minimum purchase.
A Choice of Two Library Tastings
We will taste up to four wines - to include different library vintages as well as the most recent release. This is a great way to see how the wines you are currently cellaring are developing, as well as a walk down memory lane while we compare and contrast the specifics of each vintage from the standpoint of rainfall, weather patterns, and harvest dates. Recent customers have described these tastings as the perfect experience for repeat visitors to the Valley looking for something educational and unique.
- Clone 6 Library Tasting: Our signature wine, $250.00 per person
- Sonnette Library Tasting: Our vintage driven Bordeaux blend, $75.00 per person
- Minimum of three, maximum of ten guests.
This tasting includes our current release and reserve wines with a cheese pairing.

Tasting Reservation Requirements
We require a credit card number for reservations and a 24 hour cancellation notice. All reserve tasting and seminar appointments will be billed the morning of the scheduled appointment.
